You’ve got questions, and I’ve got answers…
What if I don’t want to eat exactly what the menu says to eat?
The Magick Menu is a guideline. If you want to switch meals around on different days or replace certain recipes with different ones, you are free to do so. In fact I encourage you to play around with recipes to suit your tastes and convenience.
What if I still want to eat out at restaurants?
No problem! You can order something similar to what’s on the menu, or just follow your intuition. There’s no rule that says you can’t eat out, as long as you’re doing it because you want to indulge yourself.
What about the cost of food?
Since I’ve switched over to making my own food instead of buying frozen packaged food, I’ve saved a lot of money. Making food yourself at home will always be cheaper than buying prepackaged and premade foods.
What appliances do I need to buy?
I wanted to keep The Magick Menu doable for everyone, so basically as long as you’ve got a blender, a cutting board, and a good knife you’re all set. I want it to be doable. There might be some recipes that call for a spiral vegetable slicer, but very few recipes require a dehydrator.
